Then for its late season: it is one of the most appreciated green japonicum cultivars for a multi-coloured autumn display. Like many Japanese maples, it appreciates a sheltered position (dry winds, scorching afternoon sun).<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2724\">Origin &amp; history<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"3011\">\u2018Green Cascade\u2019 is an Acer japonicum cultivar widely distributed, often presented as a selection discovered by Art Wright (USA), dated 1973 in several references.
