In accordance with regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.\n\nShipped plants \/ living plant products fall into this category: therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded for these products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not accept \u201ccomfort returns\u201d (change of mind) for shipped living plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, if an issue is observed upon delivery (breakage, crushing, wrong item, missing item, damaged plant), we will provide an appropriate solution (depending on the case: replacement, partial\/full refund, store credit) after reviewing the information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Without these elements, it may be difficult to identify the origin of the issue (carrier damage, handling, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because plants are living products, transport may cause temporary stress (slightly marked foliage, occasional wilting).\n\nAfter unpacking, place the plant sheltered from wind and strong sun, then water appropriately: recovery may take a few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
