You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I change or cancel an order?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the order has not yet been prepared\/shipped, contact us as soon as possible at : <strong><a>infos@pepinieredurenard.fr<\/a><\/strong>. We will do our best depending on the order status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping &amp; delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where do you deliver?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We deliver to France and the European Union (subject to eligibility at the time of ordering).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the delivery times?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Delivery times are indicative. They depend on preparation time and transport. In case of unfavourable weather conditions (hard frost\/heatwaves), shipping may be postponed to preserve plant quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What should I do when I receive my parcel?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unpack quickly, check the condition of the plants, and place them in suitable conditions (sheltered from drying wind and strong sun if necessary). Water if the substrate is dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My parcel is damaged \/ a plant is damaged \/ an item is missing \u2014 what should I do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact us <strong>within 24 hours after delivery<\/strong> at <strong><a>infos@pepinieredurenard.fr<\/a><\/strong>, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>photos of the parcel (outside + label),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos of the inside (packaging),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos of the plants concerned,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your order number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plants: planting, care, establishment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can the plant look different from the photo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. Plants are living products: appearance varies with the season, maturity and growing conditions. Photos are indicative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What should I do after delivery: plant immediately or wait?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Both are possible depending on the season and your situation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">During a favourable period: you can plant relatively quickly in prepared soil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Otherwise: keep the plant in its pot for a few days\/weeks, monitor watering, and acclimate it gradually.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How should I water on arrival?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Check the substrate. Water if needed (without waterlogging). Then adjust watering to weather, wind and exposure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leaves suffered during transport \u2014 is it serious?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Minor stress is possible. The plant can recover without any issue. If you notice significant damage on delivery, contact us within 24 hours with photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I live in a hot\/windy climate: which exposure should I choose?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">For many Japanese maples: gentle sun (morning) or bright partial shade, and a spot sheltered from drying wind. Each product page specifies recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I pay?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">By bank card via Stripe (the available methods are shown at checkout).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you store card numbers?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No. Payments are processed by Stripe; the website does not store card data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns &amp; cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I return a plant if I change my mind?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">As plants are living products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to shipped plants.\nIf there is an issue on delivery, contact us within 24 hours (with photos): we will look for an appropriate solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Professionals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you sell to professionals?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes.
