Delivery areas

We deliver to:

  • France
  • European Union (intra-Community)

Depending on the destination, some shipping methods may not be available.

Shipping methods

Depending on your address and the contents of your cart, delivery may be offered:

  • home delivery,
  • and/or parcel shop / pickup point (if available).

The exact options are displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you place your order, based on:

  • destination,
  • weight/volume,
  • and the contents of the parcel.

Dispatch and transit times

Times are indicative.

  • Preparation / dispatch: generally within [to be completed: e.g. 24–72 business hours] after payment confirmation, excluding peak periods.
  • Transit: varies depending on destination and carrier.

Weather and plant protection

To preserve plant quality, we may postpone a dispatch in case of unfavourable conditions (hard frost, heatwaves, extreme events). In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Packaging

We take great care when preparing parcels (padding, protection of foliage and pot). Even so, transport may cause marks or temporary stress: plants are living products and may react to the journey.

Parcel delivery: essential checks (After-sales within 24h)

Upon delivery:

  1. check the condition of the parcel,,
  2. unpack the plants quickly,
  3. place them in suitable conditions (sheltered from drying wind, water if needed, gradual acclimation).

In case of a problem (breakage, crushing, missing item, wrong item, damaged plant)

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at infos@pepinieredurenard.fr , attaching:

  • photos of the parcel (outside + shipping label),
  • photos of the inside packaging (padding),
  • photos of the product(s) concerned,
  • your order number.

After this time, claims related to transport damage or condition on arrival may be refused.

On-site pickup

Pickup at the nursery may be offered depending on the season and our organisation.
