Returns & cancellation

Products sold by Pépinière du Renard are living plants. This page explains our return policy and the right of withdrawal. Detailed conditions are set out in our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

Right of withdrawal (distance selling)

Living plants

In accordance with regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. Shipped plants / living plant products fall into this category: therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded for these products.

Returns

Living plants

We do not accept “comfort returns” (change of mind) for shipped living plants.

However, if an issue is observed upon delivery (breakage, crushing, wrong item, missing item, damaged plant), we will provide an appropriate solution (depending on the case: replacement, partial/full refund, store credit) after reviewing the information provided.

Procedure if there is an issue on delivery (Customer service within 24h)

Contact us within 24 hours after delivery at infos@pepinieredurenard.fr , stating your order number and attaching:

  • photos of the parcel (outside + shipping label),
  • photos of the inside packaging (padding),
  • photos of the product(s) concerned.

Without these elements, it may be difficult to identify the origin of the issue (carrier damage, handling, etc.).

Plant condition and recovery

Because plants are living products, transport may cause temporary stress (slightly marked foliage, occasional wilting). After unpacking, place the plant sheltered from wind and strong sun, then water appropriately: recovery may take a few days.

Professionals (B2B)

Sales to professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
