If your parcel is damaged, a plant is damaged, there is an error or a missing item, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery at infos@pepinieredurenard.fr, attaching:
- photos of the parcel (outside + shipping label),
- photos of the inside packaging (padding),
- photos of the product(s) concerned,
- your order number.
